Jill Boyle has an extensive background spanning over fifteen years in the field of higher education. She has spent the majority of her professional life in the field of student affairs before ascending to the presidency. She has instructed university courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. With a scholarly background in Organizational Development and Applied Group Studies, she has particular expertise in strategic planning, change processes, fundraising, and team building. Her professional life has provided her a wealth of experience and skill in legislative advocacy, enrollment management, institutional advancement, student retention, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management.
